This switch looks like the one used in the old Electric XII but it's only three positions not five. Maybe this was used in one of those funky '60s Fender solid state amps? Beats me. Five pointy lugs on the bottom for primitive PC board mounting. 1/4" sold brass shaft fits old DAKA-WARE set screw fixing pointer knob exactly.
