This is a four ply pickguard; the top layer is black pearloid plastic on top of a white ply, the middle ply is black, the back ply is white. There are ten countersunk pickguard screw holes around the perimeter of the pickguard There is a rounded opening in the truss rod/neck pocket area to allow for rod tension adjustment without marring the pickguard face. Fender says; "This pickguard will fit on most Standard and US Jazz Basses. It will NOT fit an American Deluxe model." Brand New.
